Fun for Children & adults of All Ages
Imagine artists, young and old, professional and amateur displaying their talents by drawing directly in front of visiting audience rather than in the solitude of their studios. Artists start with empty squares of asphalt/concrete and by the end of the weekend, these squares will be transformed into magnificent pieces of artwork.

Donate to the festival
The Kansas City Chalk and Walk Festival continues to be “FREE” to all visitors through donations and sponsorships from the community. The donations support an organization that provides arts education outreach programs to schools and shelters in the Kansas City area all year round.

Sponsor The Festival
The Kansas City Chalk and Walk Festival is currently looking for companies or individuals to sponsor a square and artists to participate in the event. Levels of sponsorship range from $50 to $5,000.

Volunteer
Volunteers will be needed in many areas throughout the Festival. Volunteers to help in registration, chalk supply, dispensing fresh water as requested, providing directions for artists and helping in the Children's Creative Corridor. Other jobs will be assigned as needed. Volunteer as an individual or part of a service organization.
